Most frequent issues
Once you have logged in, you will find a black bar on the top of your page. There, you will have a dropdown menu, which gives you the option for hopping between different websites which belong to One by Boehringer Ingelheim.
In order to create your account, you can simply type the URL of one of our websites:
Once you get into our websites, you will find the ‘Create account’ button, and you will have access to the registration form. After completing all fields in this form, you will be notified that your account will be validated by Boehringer Ingelheim. Once this is done, you will receive a notification stating that you have been successfully validated. Afterwards, you will have access to the full content of the website.
In order to log in to your account, you can simply type the URL of one of our websites:
Once you get into our websites, you will find the login section. By introducing your email address and the password you have set while creating your account, you will be able to access your personal account.
In case you forgot your password, and therefore you cannot login to our websites, you can simply press the hyperlink: ‘Forgot password?’. You will be redirected to a new screen, where you will be able to introduce the email address you provided Boehringer Ingelheim with at the moment of registration. After submitting this, you will get an email on your inbox containing a link which will allow you to reset your password. Please, take into account that this link lasts for a 24h period, after which it will expire.
Manage my account
In case you wish to change your profile picture, you can access your account page once you are logged in, and press the picture that is currently being used as your profile picture. You will have the opportunity to upload a new picture to replace the one you previously had.
In order to logout from your account, you simply need to press your profile picture on the top of the page, and select the option logout. You will be automatically logged out of the website, and before your next visit to the website, you will be requested to introduce your username (which is the email address you provided during the registration process) and password again.
Even if you are already logged in, you might need to change your password for security reasons. If you access your account section, you will be able to find the menu ‘Password’. Here, you are able to change your old password, and set a new one.
While logged in, you have the option to change your communication preferences with Boehringer Ingelheim. In the ‘Personalize my experience’ tab, you have the option to select the type of content you are most interested in. Your Boehringer team will ensure that this is the type of content that is delivered to you.
One by Boehringer Ingelheim also gives you the option to decide how you wish to keep communicating with Boehringer Ingelheim. In the ‘Notifications and Privacy’ tab of your account section, you will be able to select how you want Boehringer Ingelheim to reach out to you. Please bear in mind that these checkboxes concern all communication with Boehringer Ingelheim, not only website-related communication.
